Ok- this- this makes me wanna cry. Everyone is gathered around the stage to see an amazing man perform... But all that was left was a microphone and a wishing lamp.... R.I.P May you be with all the shining stars
Fave! When I was a kid, my favorite movie was Aladdin. Robin Williams may be gone, but to me & along with many, he will always be the ever impressive, the long-contained, the often imitated, but never duplicated Genie of the Lamp. "I'm free..."
Well, Williams got days of news coverage while she got just a breif mention. Look, you be as sad as you want (or need) to be, but im just baffled when a civil right's activist doesnt receive as much greifing as an actor
it seems a bit unfair but this is society we are talking about even tho i admit robin's death was awful society only cares for big names and doesnt care about anyone else if the person dies and they are popular the media does everything to honor them but when a person who isnt really much of a star dies the media doesnt give a shit , but robin has done alot of good things and made alot of people laugh so he deserves news coverage :/
Oh, this is gonna make me cry all over again! It's like the magic has run out of the genie lamp! Good job *sniff*
I wrote this at the end of my tribute fanfic... ~RIP Darling fuzzy man, I know the Afterlife welcomed you with stadium seating to see your first set. I know you said first off that the denizens of the deep are welcome to watch as long as they keep the flaming out of the Angel wings. May the Daemons who haunted you be forever eradicated and as above soon, may it be so below.
I hope you don't mind that I used this on a Google+ post paying tribute to him. I gave you full credit for it of course and said for them to check out your page. It really does symbolize both the memory and loss of such a great man the best.
